Call for Artists: Spring Street Window Series

The Jeffersonville Public Art Commission in collaboration with the Jeffersonville Urban Economic Zone is seeking artists and/or artist teams to create original artwork for the new Spring Street Window Series in downtown Jeffersonville Indiana.

Selected artists will paint/create directly onto provided exterior metal panels installed within nine architectural frames designed to resemble building windows. Artwork should creatively interpret the theme “Windows into Spring Street,” offering a view into an imagined storefront, building, story, or a scene inspired by Spring Street’s past, present, or future.

Artists may propose one individual panel or a coordinated series of up to nine panels. All experience levels are welcome, and previous public art experience is not required.
