In continued efforts to make art accessible to all, Jeffersonville Public Art is bringing the FREE art mobile back again this year! Participants from all ages and backgrounds can tap into their creativity in accessible community spaces.

Where Light Meets Layer…
Step into a gallery transformed — where walls breathe, color pulses, and paint begins to dream.
For two nights only — August 15 & 16 — the NoCo Arts Center becomes a living canvas. Nine visionary artists from across state lines converge to create a one-of-a-kind immersive collective. Their bold murals, painted with brush and spray, become alive as moving projections cascade across the surfaces, merging digital motion with raw texture — wrapping the gallery in movement, light, and pigment.
This is not just an exhibit.
It’s an awakening of the space itself.
A collision of the ephemeral and the permanent.
A celebration of where art comes from — and where it’s going.
